Streampipe Files for Chapter 11

1 minute read

Streaming broadcast provider Streampipe.com has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in Virginia’s Eastern district. The news was first reported in the Washington Post. Company executives confirmed the news.

Analysts have expected this sector to do well in today’s travel adverse climate. And Streampipe did seem to be meeting with some success. Earlier this year it won the business of Standard & Poors to provide streamed commentary to S&P’s customers from its analysts.

The filing lists more than 100 creditors.
