Surebridge Unveils CRM Voice

Application outsourcer Surebridge Inc. this week debuted Surebridge CRM Voice, the first voice automation service for Microsoft Business Solutions CRM. Offered as a hosted service, Surebridge CRM Voice is available for CRM Online, Surebridge’s hosted offering for Microsoft CRM, and for on-premise customers using Microsoft CRM.

Surebridge has partnered with Voice Automation Inc. on the offering, which enables mobile sales professionals to navigate, retrieve and respond to Microsoft CRM functions through a set of voice commands. Using a phone or cell phone, customers can dial into their CRM systems while on the road to get such on-demand functions as a summary of appointments and phone calls to make; quote information for an account; detailed information about contacts, leads or accounts; and the ability to listen to and reply to incoming email.

“At a minimal cost, companies can empower their sales people to call into their CRM systems to access and update in real-time the latest customer status, most current sales quotes, or ticket status right through the phone. This is tremendous in enabling them to maximize their CRM investments, reduce costs and improve sales force productivity,” said Stephen Pace, executive vice president for Surebridge.

In addition to the CRM Voice offering, Surebridge recently announced bundled pricing for CRM Online. Surebridge is packaging its hosting services with Microsoft Business Solutions CRM software licenses for one monthly fee, providing more purchasing flexibility for customers and enabling its channel partners to offer competitive pricing.

With this new pricing structure, CRM Online starts at $122 a month per user. By combining Surebridge’s hosting services with Microsoft CRM in one convenient, low monthly rate, customers eliminate capital outlays and IT consulting expenses associated with deploying, managing and maintaining a leading CRM solution.

Surebridge CRM Voice is priced at $20 per named user, with no minimum users required. There is also a one-time set up fee of $250 per company. Surebridge CRM Voice will be available October 15 and will be sold in New England through Surebridge’s direct sales team, and through Surebridge’s network of Microsoft-certified channel partners outside of the New England area.
