Enterprise ASP Qwest Cyber.Solutions (QCS) Monday announced that integration software provider webMethods Inc. has selected QCS as their new enterprise ASP provider.

webMethods will subscribe to QCS’ Ultimate Freedom ASP services for the hosting and management of its PeopleSoft 8 application solution. webMethods chose QCS as its new ASP because of the provider’s reputation, as well as its proven successes with established enterprise customers.

As part of the solution, QCS will use webMethods integration software products to provide seamless integration of the hosted and managed PeopleSoft financials system and webMethods’ other front- and back-office systems. This further demonstrates the power and business advantage of webMethod’s across-the-firewall, extended enterprise integration now available to any QCS customer.
QCS’ also will assist webMethods in upgrading to PeopleSoft version 8, providing the necessary support for the enhanced functionality. QCS will host the application solution in Qwest’s Sterling, Va., CyberCenter.
