Updates Enterprise Download Manager

Internet software company this week released Enterprise Download Manager version 3.0, designed to allow customers to increase efficiency of company software purchases and intranet management.

New features include a browser-based desktop manager with intranet capabilities, improved digital signature security, increased upstream reporting, remote administration giving system administrators a single point of administration control, built-in license management and built-in access management.

The company said the purpose of the upgrade was to further decrease total cost of ownership through more efficient software deployment, license management and tracking.

Customers include agencies such as the Defense
Logistics Agency, the Internal Revenue Service, the National Imaging and Mapping Agency and
the Patent and Trademark Office.
