Stonebridge Technologies Inc. Monday
put the finishing touches on an enterprise-wide intranet to help
payroll/human relations operations for more than 850 stores of the
Chick-fil-A fast food chain.

For the first time ever, users will have direct access to corporate HR and payroll functions, which the chain hopes will slash costly, time-consuming paperwork and improve record-keeping accuracy.

The new, easy-to-maintain Web interface can generate Web pages from
programs within an Oracle database.
Chick-fil-A staffers now make payroll and HR module updates in real-time
and can make them immediately available to all users simply by performing
updates on the Oracle ORCL Application Server, reducing maintenance costs.

“We are pleased that Chick-fil-A selected Stonebridge to leverage their
existing information technology structures, enabling the business to
operate more efficiently and scale for continued rapid growth,” said Dewey
Blaylock, president of stonebridge Technologies Southeast.

“By enhancing the company’s business processes, the new system will help
Chick-fil-A maintain its leadership position in fast food outlets.”

Stonebridge Technologies, Inc. is a leading provider of e-business
solutions, integration and consulting services. It’s bread and butter is to help companies form more profitable ties with customers and suppliers by helping them operate more efficiently.
