Student Online, JOBTRAK.COM Ink Listings Partnership

Mar 28, 2000

Gearing up for the deluge of college graduates come May, JOBTRAK.COM has struck a deal to let
users of intranet portal firm StudentOnline.com Inc. access its
career listings.

The job listing site for college students and alumni will
offer students, faculty, staff, and alumni with course, event and activity
information tailored to their specific interests through StudentOnline.com’s
intranet portal. By clicking on the “Job Information” icon, Student Online
users will have access to numerous job listings throughout the country.

Already established at over 1000 colleges, JOBTRAK.COM will increase site
traffic as students and alumni who use Student Online tap into its career
database. Student Online creates intranet portals for higher education
institutions providing students, faculty and administrators with secure Web
and wireless access to on, off, and inter-campus academic and social
information.

“Our relationship with JOBTRAK.COM will further enrich our
already-comprehensive portals,” said Sunil
Deshmukh, Student Online CEO. “Student Online prides itself on being able to offer people who
work at and attend institutions of higher education the
most complete access to information relevant to their individual interests.
By affiliating with JOBTRAK.COM, we have taken our
product a step further to allow students to focus on their lives after
graduation.”
