Synergistics Debuts New Version of Knowledge Manager

Synergistics Tuesday launched the fifth and newest version of its knowledge
management portal for enterprises.

The education solution provider’s Prevail™ Knowledge Manager is a Lotus
Notes, Domino-based portal that conveniently helps companies find experts,
practices and other data they need to determine answers to critical business

Rather than having to search on, or another of the many expert
advice sites on the market, Prevail easily brings organization to the
chaotic desktops of workers who need fast answers to important questions.

Prevail gathers, organizes and integrates information from both internal and
external sources, making this knowledge instantly available to corporate
users through a single access point.

Designed for the Domino platform, Prevail can pool from a wide variety of
non-Lotus Notes databases and Web sites, providing
users with a powerful tool for locating and applying the knowledge they need
to do their jobs and meet business objectives.

Synergistics President Lewie Miller said Prevail helps small businesses
organize information in intranets and extranets.
