Infomart and Wavephore Partner for Canadian Market

Infomart Dialog Ltd., and WavePhore Newscast Inc. announced a partnership to launch a co-branded business information service to serve Canadian corporations.


The new service, Newscast Canada, is scheduled to
debut in the third quarter of 1998.


This partnership aligns the strengths of two players in the information
industry.


Under the terms of the agreement, Infomart Dialog will provide sales
expertise in the promotion and soliciting of the new service, Newscast
Canada. Newscast Canada will provide Canadian clients with daily, direct
media monitoring feeds as well as prominent Canadian content, offered
via Infomart Dialog.


Infomart Dialog is a Canadian news
and information organization with more than 1,000 media, government,
business and financial users. WavePhore Newscast, a business
unit of WavePhore, Inc., provides mission-critical business
information. Currently, WavePhore Newscast delivers customized business
news and information to over 200,000 corporate users throughout the
world via the Internet, Intranets and extranets.


The basic package will be customized for the Canadian market and will contain Canadian news and stock market information. Infomart will be responsible for all sales and marketing activities associated with
Newscast Canada. WavePhore Newscast will host and manage the service
through its NewsCenter in Dallas, Texas.
