VSE Posts Canadian Company Information

The Vancouver Stock Exchange (VSE) has taken the
wraps off their VC INFO Web site, an
extensive and detailed database of listed company information.


VC INFO provides information on all VSE listed companies, including
prospectus filings, financial statements, financings, technical reports,
director affiliations/holdings, and other data. Entries are organized into
four broad areas: Company, Security, Person, and Business.


The site supports advanced search capabilities for the development and
execution of customized queries against VSE databases. VC INFO also
provides a company tracking feature whereby the system will automatically
monitor developments for a subscriber specified list of companies.


The VSE said the resource will be regularly updated using information from
VSE Notices, public filings, company news releases and British Columbia
Securities Commission Insider filings. It is also links to the VSE
Security Master database, which accesses information on short positions,
market information, market capitalization and entitlement details.


The public can review VC INFO using a week long free trial subscription.
Subscribers may choose between two usage plans: Diamond Subscription at
$19.95 monthly or Emerald Subscription at $5.95 weekly. To subscribe,
customers pay by credit card using VSE’s e-commerce service, which operates
in a secure environment.


VC INFO is an integral part of the VSE’s recently redeveloped Web site and
is among the most comprehensive source of VSE listed company information
available.
