Accipiter Ltd. to promote Accipiter AdManager solutions and services
to markets outside of North America.

Accipiter Ltd., headed by Charles Ashley, general manager of European
Operations, will market to customers in Australia, Europe, Middle East, South
America, and the Pacific Rim. The operation will build upon existing
relationships with such customers as beeb@ the BBC, EMAP, and ZDNet Europe,
Accipiter said.

“With our new facility in London, we are able to improve customer relations
by building satisfaction programs, and increase our occupancy in these key
world markets,” said Chris Evans, Accipiter CEO.

Accipiter provides solutions for targeted advertising and comprehensive
tracking of visitors to Web sites. The current version contains multi-
dimensional demographic inventory management, refined targeting, agency data
exporting, and “up-to-the-minute” campaign management features.

Accipiter AdBureau, an outsourced alternative to Accipiter AdManager, is the
first global service to provide centralized online advertising management to
hosting companies, mid-sized sites, and networks. AdBureau comes complete
with the same robust features as AdManager but is packaged as an
alternative for those that wish to outsource the technical aspect of ad
serving without losing control of the advertising sales process.
