BrainBug Signs Three Clients for E-Commerce, Online Promotion

Interactive marketing agency BrainBug LLC said it has signed three
major client accounts for e-commerce and online promotion:,
Carrier Corp. and Billings were not disclosed.

“With each of these new accounts, we’re applying our expertise to create
dynamic and effective Web sites, drive traffic, and provide the back-end
services necessary to fulfill the promise of e-commerce,” said Matt
Straznitskas, founder and president of BrainBug. is a startup that will offer travel services to exotic
destinations around the globe. BrainBug is developing all of the back-end
systems to power the e-commerce facilities at the site, set to launch in the
spring of 2000.

For Carrier, BrainBug is directing a three-part
effort to rejuvenate the company’s existing Web site. The effort will include
online promotions to drive traffic, an online market research survey and a
complete site redesign. is another startup, aimed at busy professionals add romance to
their lives through better gift-giving. With the site scheduled to launch in
early 2000, BrainBug is helping to direct every aspect of the site’s creation
from brand development to front-end design to back-end e-commerce facilities
to online and off-line marketing strategy.
