Interactive marketing agency BrainBug LLC said it has signed three
major client accounts for e-commerce and online promotion: Amisto.com,
Carrier Corp. and eRomance.com. Billings were not disclosed.

“With each of these new accounts, we’re applying our expertise to create
dynamic and effective Web sites, drive traffic, and provide the back-end
services necessary to fulfill the promise of e-commerce,” said Matt
Straznitskas, founder and president of BrainBug.

Amisto.com is a startup that will offer travel services to exotic
destinations around the globe. BrainBug is developing all of the back-end
systems to power the e-commerce facilities at the site, set to launch in the
spring of 2000.

For Carrier, BrainBug is directing a three-part
effort to rejuvenate the company’s existing Web site. The effort will include
online promotions to drive traffic, an online market research survey and a
complete site redesign.

eRomance.com is another startup, aimed at busy professionals add romance to
their lives through better gift-giving. With the site scheduled to launch in
early 2000, BrainBug is helping to direct every aspect of the site’s creation
from brand development to front-end design to back-end e-commerce facilities
to online and off-line marketing strategy.

BrainBug is part of the UK-based Outrider/Tempus Group, a $4 billion media
and communications consortium with 43 offices in 23 countries throughout
Europe, Asia and North America.
