Excite launched a
sweepstakes promotion for its Holiday Shoppe e-commerce area designed for
gift-givers.
Visitors to the “It’s a Wonderful Excite” splash page through Dec. 31 may
enter “Spin to Win” each day for a chance to win one of more than 1,500
instant prizes including personal computers, CD-ROMs and gift certificates.
Users who visit the holiday site and sign-up for a personalized Excite page
are automatically entered to win one of five grand prizes including a 1999
Honda Accord Coupe, a diamond, a notebook computer or 1 of
2 digital cameras.
