Pay-per-click search engine Kanoodle.com named Michael Feeley president of the company.

Feeley was one of the original creators of the company’s bid-for-location business model. He was promoted from his previous post of director of business development for the company, where he helped build out its distribution network. Kent Keating, who previously served as Kanoodles president, will serve as CEO and chairman.







Universal McCann San Francisco hired Hugo Lai as vice president, group media director to head strategic development for the agency’s technology accounts. His primary focus will be Microsoft’s IT/Developer efforts.

Lai came from a ten-year stint at Optimedia @ Publicis & Hal Riney, San Francisco, where he was vice president associate media director. He took the Hewlett-Packard account through its merger with Compaq and name change. He also managed its international business-to-business efforts.






Internet professional services firm Zentropy Partners New York tapped Craig Lambert as senior vice president and managing director. He’ll lead the New York office, managing clients including Maybelline, Nikon and Microsoft XBOX Live.

Lambert’s experience spans interactive marketing, e-commerce and customer relationship management, for clients including Avon, IBM, AT&T Wireless, JCPenny, Merck Pharmaceuticals, Enterprise Rent-A-Car and M&M/Mars. He was an independent consultant and managing director of Modem Media’s New York and Norwalk offices.
