France Telecom signed a partnership deal with 24/7 Media Europe for its international
Voila portal sites.

Following the success of Voila.fr, which
six months after launching delivers
35 million monthly impressions, France Telecom is establishing local Voila
portals in six languages. Under the agreement 24/7 Media Europe will provide
global sales representation (outside France) for all the Voila portals.

The portals include separate sites:
in French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Danish and English. They provide Internet users with a
means to search either local language sites or on the Web. In this last case
the search engine references more than 100 million permanently updated URLs.

24/7 Media Europe is the newly launched European Internet ad sales company
formed by 24/7 Media Inc. and InterAd Holdings Ltd. It will offer banner
campaigns, online sponsorships, e-commerce and direct marketing opportunities
across the Voila sites, through its network of 13 offices in 12 countries.

“24/7 Media Europe is currently developing the first pan-European sites
network and the Voila portals are
exactly the type of quality sites, with strong appeal to international
advertisers, we are looking to incorporate,” said Gordon Simpson, CEO, 24/7
Media Europe. “The mix of focused local content
under a strong brand has proved to be compelling both for advertisers and
users.”

“24/7 Media Europe’s approach to sales will enable us to maximize revenues for
the sites, by targeting sales to local advertisers,” said Jean Pierre
Guenin, Voila International business development manager.
