Furniture.com Signs Advertising Agreements with Lycos, MSN

Furniture.com signed online advertising
agreements with the MSN network and Lycos as part of a multimillion-dollar
branding campaign.

Spending specifics were not disclosed.

The move follows the recent signings of promotional agreements with Yahoo!,
America Online, GO Network, and affiliate marketer Be Free Inc.

Furniture.com secured a presence on the MSN Shopping site, and will place
banner advertisements
on MSN Home Advisor and Women Central.

Furniture.com will also
become an advertiser-sponsor of family-oriented sites in the Link Exchange area of Web communities
aimed at home decorating and real estate, and of targeted contests, events
and promotions.

Furniture.com has gained a presence in the Real Estate, Home, Business and
Arts
and Entertainment areas on Lycos. Under the agreement, Furniture.com also
gains a
significant presence on HotBot as well as other Tripod communities,
including Angelfire, WhoWhere, MailCity and Wired Digital.

Furniture.com customizes the buyer experience with live expert Design
Consultant assistance, a personal shopper service, free delivery and in-home
set-up and unconditional customer satisfaction guarantee.
