Feb 18, 1998

Grybauskas Beatrice in New York City said that it has won the advertising
account of 24/7 Media Inc., the newly formed Internet advertising service,
also in New York.

The agency will create print and direct response advertising as well as
online banner ads through its new media subsidiary, Blue Dingo Digital. Billings were not

24/7 Media Inc. was formed in December 1997 when Petry Interactive Inc.,
the team behind the former Katz Millennium Marketing, and Interactive
Imaginations Inc. merged to form a new firm representing more than 3,400
Web Sites.

The new firm lists as clients AT&T WorldNet, Reuters Money Net, and
Reader’s Digest, and is set up to compete head-to-head with
DoubleClick.

According to Joe Beatrice, president of Grybauskas Beatrice, “This marketing
effort provides us with an exciting opportunity to leverage our branding
know-how and Web marketing experience on behalf of the next leader in the
category.”

Grybauskas Beatrice, with billings of $52 million, has 51 employees at its
New York headquarters at 665 Broadway in New York City. Blue Dingo Digital,
the firm’s Web Site development subsidiary, is based at the same location
with 17 employees.
