HyperBanner.net in Israel, an
international banner-exchange network, signed a partnership deal with Refer-it.com, a directory of revenue-
sharing programs, to offer its users Refer-it’s proprietary “Cash-It”
listings.
HyperBanner.net and Refer-it will share in the advertising revenues.
Launched in December 1997, Refer-it’s database includes descriptions and
ratings of more than 400 affiliate/bounty programs, including Amazon.com, Barnes &
Noble, CDNow and Reel.com. In addition to serving as a portal to these
affiliate programs, Refer-it publishes information for merchants looking to
establish revenue-sharing programs.
Refer-it also provides individual Web site owners with the tools they need to
manage their affiliate relationships. Through the “affiliate toolbox,” site
owners can track
their member name, password, affiliate URL, and sales statistics. A wizard
will build a customized online store in 60 seconds, and each member has a
personalized listing for
his or her site so that others can approach them with business opportunities.

HyperBanner.net. Financial arrangements were not disclosed.
HyperBanner.net offers tools and services to start Web sites, to enhance
sites, to promote and advertise sites and to earn revenues from sites.
