NetGravity said that
JAMtv Corp., a network of premier music destination Web sites, has implemented
NetGravity AdServer to manage its Internet advertising and marketing
campaigns, including targeted, rich media banners.

JAMtv will use NetGravity AdServer for its most popular music content sites,
including The Rolling Stone Network, TheSource.com and the JAMtv Music Network. JAMtv also plans to
expand its use of AdServer to include its Tunes.com site.

JAMtv advertising and marketing messages often include rich multimedia audio,
video and a high level of interactivity. NetGravity AdServer enables JAMtv to
manage and reliably serve these rich media ads regardless of the ad format or
type, the companies said. Some of JAMtv’s clients serving rich media ads have
included: Intel, Eastman Kodak, Microsoft, Nike and Hugo Boss.

“JAMtv chose NetGravity because the company is an industry leader and its
people are experts in the online marketing management space,” said Chris
Henger, director of business development for JAMtv Corp. “We are very
pleased with the results we have seen since we implemented AdServer across the
JAMtv network and look forward to sharing in the benefits of NetGravity’s
future technological advancements.”

AdServer dynamically targets JAMtv’s online advertising and marketing messages
to reach consumers based on the site section and original daily editorial
content they choose to view, and will eventually leverage NetGravity’s ability
to target audiences based on geographical location and music preferences.
