Jones Naughton Entertainment said that its GoOn-line.com subsidiary signed an
advertising agreement with DoubleClick Inc.
GoOn-line.com will be testing a combination of select, open network and
targeted select-site Internet advertising approaches. The advertising
agreement will create over 4 million impressions to support the unveiling of
GoOn-line.Com’s e-commerce business. Financial arrangements were not
disclosed.
“Combining the DoubleClick initiative with previously announced marketing
alliance with Web site Results and the LinkShare affiliation should generate
more then 10 million banner ad impressions to support the launch of
GoOn-line.Com,” said Scott Claverie, president of GoOn-line.Com.
Claverie also said that as part of a previously announced affiliate program
through LinkShare Inc. the following national
companies have agreed to link their e-commerce divisions in revenue sharing
agreements: 1-800-Flowers, 1bookstreet.com, Cyberian Outpost, Dell, Discover
Nature, Healthshop.com, International Golf Outlet, JCPenney, K-Tel, Pet
Quarters and The Sharper Image.
Jones Naughton recently acquired GoOn-line.Com, a
company specializing in the production of streaming video infomercials over
the Internet. GoOn-line.Com is in the late stages of developing a virtual
shopping mall Web site that will feature products that have traditionally
only been available from infomercial companies advertising on broadcast
television.
