Startup e-mail outsourcing company Media Synergy signed a two-year
agreement with Multiple Zones, a direct reseller of computer
products and services, for HTML catalog delivery.

The company also recently signed an agreement to deliver Michael Tchong’s ICONOCAST newsletter, a source of news
and analysis for Internet marketers.

New management at the company includes Eric Goodwin, founder and former CEO
of Fulcrum Technologies, who has been appointed CEO. Peter Evans, director of
marketing and research for Canada’s online service Sympatico, was named vice
president of marketing. Goodwin and Evans join company founder Paul Chen, who
takes on the role of vice president of research and development.

“We’ve signed close to 50 new accounts for the flo Network, our scalable
e-mail delivery network, in the past three months,” said Goodwin.

Media Synergy provides e-mail solutions that deliver high-volume, targeted
and personalized e-mail to opt-in lists. Other customers include BancBoston
Robertson Stephenson and E*Trade Canada.
