NDS Software Inc. in Minden, NV, said it has
established a technology marketing agreement with Better Homes & Gardens Real
Estate Services of Des Moines, IA

The relationship will involve an additional 120,000 residential home listings
being shown on the Better Homes & Gardens site and
mirrored on the NDS HomeSeekers.com site. Financial terms
were not disclosed.

These additional listings when combined with those garnered from MLS’s and
other data providers will result in total listings for HomeSeekers of
approximately 700,000 listings, the company said.

The agreement involves promoting the advertising presence of Better Homes &
Gardens on the Internet at HomeSeekers.com and on the Better Homes & Gardens
site, where NDS will contribute to the database solution by aggregating all
of the Better Homes & Gardens listings.

In addition, all 25,000 Better Homes & Gardens real estate sales associates
will be given the opportunity of advertising on both the Better Homes &
Gardens site as well as HomeSeekers.com where an average agent spends $300
per year. The Better Homes & Gardens sales associates will be able to
utilize CityNet, a proprietary NDS intranet site designed primarily for
real estate sales associates serving home buyers, and have access to HS
Passport, a proprietary NDS e-mail system developed for real estate sales
associates.

Gary Buda, vice president operations & systems for Better Homes Gardens,
said, “We are committed to bringing our real estate clients and our real
estate sales associates the most progressive technology solutions possible.
This agreement will enhance our Internet Site and provide the home buyer or
seller a much richer experience.”
