Reward marketing company Netcentives Inc. has teamed with Internet coupon
firm coolsavings.com inc. to create the “Click, Clip and Fly” program.

The promotion is designed to let Internet shoppers save money and earn
frequent flyer miles through various online promotions and sales offers from
CoolSavings’ list of in-store and
e-commerce retailers.

By combining coolsavings.com coupons with Netcentives’ ClickRewards value-added
promotions means that “savvy Internet shoppers can get a great deal
while earning rewards like frequent flyer miles from the leading airlines,”
said
West Shell III, chief executive officer and president of San Francisco-based
Netcentives.

“Netcentives is a leading incentives marketing provider on the Internet, and coolsavings.com
is recognized as the destination site for savings,” said Steven M. Golden, chairman and CEO of coolsavings.com. “Together, we provide both
on- and offline marketers with one of the most comprehensive solutions for
reaching a large audience of demographically defined Internet shoppers.”

Under terms of the agreement, both CoolSavings and Netcentives will
participate in cross-promotional marketing opportunities on their respective
sites. CoolSavings’ registered members will have the opportunity to become
enrolled in Netcentives’ ClickRewards program, which allows online shoppers
to earn frequent flyer miles from eight airlines. In addition, Netcentives
will promote CoolSavings to their growing database of shoppers. Financial
arrangements were not disclosed.
