name effective Jan. 1 to ZULU-tek Inc.
ZULU-tek has the following subsidiaries: echoMEDIA Technology Inc.,
Mediabank Inc. and NETZ-Autotrak Inc.
ZULU-tek claims to be the only vertically integrated Internet company with
in-house technical development and support in Internet advertising,
e-commerce and Web-based automobile industry tracking systems.
