Campbell, CA-based photo-sharing Web site PhotoLoft.com signed a rep agreement with
Andover, MA-based online advertising network Adsmart, a subsidiary of CMGI Inc.

“Advertising sales are a major component of our revenue plan,” said
PhotoLoft.com CEO and President Jack Marshall. “This partnership with Adsmart
has the potential to double our revenues overnight, with virtually unlimited
potential for the future. It will also associate the PhotoLoft.com brand with
quality content and help to build online audiences in key affinity groups.”

PhotoLoft.com said it offers more than 90 categories for users, giving
advertisers the opportunity to ultra-target their message and audience. In
addition, advertisers can opt for special sponsorships that give them
exclusivity in delivering their messages.

Adsmart represents more than 200 premier Web brands, totaling 1.2 billion
impressions per month and is one of the world’s top three online advertising
networks.

PhotoLoft.com users can zoom in on or pan images to take advantage of a
photo’s fine details. This feature makes the PhotoLoft.com site particularly
popular with potential bidders using online auction sites, the company said.
Its proprietary technology allows users to produce photo-finish quality
photos from their personal computers.
The site also sells photo-personalized gifts and is planning to market
photo-personalized greeting cards.

Adsmart is an online advertising network comprised of more than 200 Web sites
totaling 1.2 billion monthly impressions.
