The Quigley Corp. in Doylestown, PA said it entered a marketing partnership with Yahoo! Inc. for an advertising program to launch world-wide sales of its patented COLD-EEZER PLUS cold relief lozenge product.
COLD-EEZER PLUS is a version of the company’s COLD-EEZE lozenge for cold and allergy relief. The product will be sold via the Internet at a unit price of $19.95. This will include worldwide delivery provided by U.S. Postal Service Global Priority Mail.
The Internet marketing program will feature online shopping and an advertising banner on the Yahoo! search engine as well as a secure credit card ordering system. The program will be launched in approximately 45 days, Quigley said. Financial terms of the arrangement were not disclosed.
Company Chairman Guy J. Quigley said: “This advertising will begin to
establish the same consumer awareness of the COLD-EEZE brand which we have in
the United States, throughout the world.”
