RightPoint Software delivered v.2.5 of
its Real-Time eMarketing Suite, an application for real-time one-to-one
marketing.

The upgrade adds new features such as real-time clickstream tracking and XML
integration, as well as new customer interaction touchpoints for e-mail, IVR
and fax, the company said.

The Real-Time eMarketing Suite allows companies to offer personalized,
closed-loop marketing across multiple customer channels, optimizing customer
interactions on the Web, in the call center, through e-mail and in other
customer interaction channels.

RightPoint said its real-time customer-profiling engine now utilizes Web
clickstream data as a customer information source, in addition to customer
information available in sources such as corporate databases and online data
services. The real-time profiling engine uses patented analytic techniques
and self-learning capabilities that allow it to
improve the accuracy of its predictive models and recommendations with each
customer interaction.

“Integrating your marketing efforts on the Web with other marketing channels, such as e-mail, call centers and
outbound campaigns, is the key to success for businesses today,” said Said Gayle Crowell, president and CEO. “RightPoint
provides a strategic
weapon for effectively implementing multi-channel, one-to-one marketing.”

The RightPoint Real-Time eMarketing Suite is available for Windows NT, HP-UX,
Sun Solaris and IBM AIX platforms, with management, control and reports
available from any browser. Price points were not disclosed.
