SFM Media has assumed media planning and buying responsibilities for LifeMinders.com Inc., which operates a
consumer e-mail reminder service for more than four million members.

The initial campaign, with gross billings approximating $6 million, will
begin in early October and target radio in six major markets, including New
York. Franklin & Burling Advertising is the creative agency for
LifeMinders.com.

LifeMinders.com’s core service, LifeMinders, provides members with brief
informative weekly e-mail messages and reminders that are sent based on a
member’s unique profile.

“LifeMinders.com is both a fun and everyday relevant service whose core
equities are cleverly portrayed in a number of radio executions developed by
Scott Jorgensen and Franklin & Burling Advertising,” said Elliot DeBear,
senior vice president, business development at SFM.

SFM Media, owned by Media Planning Group (MPG), has annual media billings
exceeding $1.4 billion.
