THINK New Ideas Acquires Interweb

THINK New Ideas Inc. in New York City said
that it acquired Interweb Inc. in Atlanta, a technology
developer and Web presence solutions provider for Fortune 500 companies.

Specializing in the development of application-specific, enterprise-wide
technologies, Interweb will add a strong technology presence to THINK’s
existing Atlanta presence, while providing access to THINK’s full range of
marketing and communications competencies, the company said.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

“Interweb’s e-technology consulting and advanced technology solutions as well
as the company’s proprietary technology tools and applications will be a great
asset to
THINK and our clients,” said Ron Bloom, chairman and chief executive officer
of THINK. “Interweb’s focus on leveraging e-technologies to provide clients
with a range of specialized solutions from highly creative Internet-based
communications solutions to state-of-the-art enterprise-wide, browser-based
applications, will be extremely important . . .”

All of Interweb’s current clients, including BellSouth, Turner Entertainment,
Time Warner, SunTrust Bank, First Data, Orkin and the Boys and Girls Clubs of
America, and all 50 current employees will be retained as the company becomes
part of the global THINK operating structure.

Interweb helps companies utilize the Internet in new and exciting ways,
including raising awareness of existing services, tracking interest in new
products, developing online
relationships, reducing costs of operations, and creating new business
applications and channels with Internet technologies.
