THINK New Ideas Inc. said that
the company was selected by International Paper to develop and implement
an online strategy for International Paper’s Hammermill and Invent It! brands.
The agency said it will implement its THINKVision process to develop a long-
term interactive strategy for incorporating the Internet into the business
for the two brands. Billings were not disclosed.
“International Paper clearly understands the opportunities that a strategic
interactive presence provides in extending and reinforcing a global brand,
while adding the ability to target and reach new channels for customers and
constituents from around the world,” said Ron Bloom, chairman and CEO of
International Paper, in its 100th year of operation, is a worldwide producer
of printing papers, packaging and forest products, based in Purchase, NY.
