For the second week in a row, the most clicked-upon banner was WindowsMedia.com’s ad, which had a
13.5 percent CTR, according to Web measurement firm Nielsen//NetRatings.
WindowsMedia.com is MSN’s guide to audio and video on the Web.
Also for the second straight week, Uproar, an online game show network, claimed
two spots, including No. 1, on the Top Ad Banners list. Uproar ranked 39th in
the Top Advertisers list for the week ending Aug. 22, falling seven spots

ads are not included in the above rankings. The Nielsen//NetRatings audience
information service collects data from approximately 20,000 panelists as they
