Online retailer Best
Buy Co. Inc.
Thursday relaunched its Web site, complete with a new
look and a DVD movie store featuring more than 1,200 titles.

The site was redesigned to enable easier online buying, the company said.

“Best Buy Online allows our customers to experience the convenience of
online shopping from a brand name they trust,” said Kevin Gordon, Best Buy
vice president of concept development.

“Our site has been designed with the Best Buy customer in mind. We offer
the same great shopping experience customers have come to expect from 312
stores nationwide.”

Best Buy’s new DVD store faces stiff competition from competitors NetFlix, Reel.com and DVD EXPRESS, among others.
