The Coollink Broadcast Network (CLBN) has signed with HBCi inc., the Interactive Division of Hispanic Broadcasting Corp., to stream and help market its 13 radio stations.

The Hispanic Broadcast Corporation currently owns or programs 45 radio stations in 13 markets, including 12 of the top 15 Hispanic markets in the United States. CLBN will start with 13 radio stations located in several Texas markets including Houston, Dallas, San Antonio and El Paso.

“We are extremely excited about our partnership with CLBN and look forward to delivering CLBN’s unparalleled streaming audio and video quality from our stations’ sites,” said Lawrence Arevalo, HBCi vice president and managing director. “We are happy to serve our audience and advertisers with these attractive features on our radio station Web sites.”

CLBN’s Internet Broadcast Solution includes a technologically advanced audio/video stream; marketing technology through ad insertions; demographic and psycho graphic profiling; delivery of content over a private streaming network; and an online back-end tracking, auditing and billing technology.

CLBN will be the exclusive streaming provider to each of the participating Hispanic Broadcasting radio stations.

“CLBN provides a unique, additional revenue source for content providers like Hispanic Broadcasting. The Hispanic and Latino market is one of the United States’ fastest-growing demographics and CLBN enables advertisers to reach these valuable consumers right at their desktops with communications and messages that are relevant and timely,” said CLBN President Grant Wynn.
