Web site — seller registration.

Formal marketplace launch is scheduled for early next year. The eFrenzy Web
site will provide a forum where buyers can post their service requests and
sellers can submit their profiles.

Based on the information provided, eFrenzy
will match buyers with the potential sellers that best suit their needs.
Services will range from those for the home and family to those for
businesses and professionals.

“eFrenzy has identified a market that has tremendous potential for growth,”
said Bert Ellis, chairman and chief executive officer of iXL.

“iXL is helping eFrenzy break into
this market by incubating the company during its early development period,
while providing access to industry leading expertise and professional
resources.”
