Harte-Hanks Teams with Digital Impact

Harte-Hanks Inc. and Digital Impact formed an alliance in
which Digital Impact will provide e-mail marketing services to Harte-Hanks,
which offers direct marketing services in a variety of industries.

Harte-Hanks also made an undisclosed equity investment in Digital Impact.
The partnership “marks a critical intersection where traditional and Internet
direct marketing expertise will combine into a powerful set of comprehensive
direct marketing services, Harte-Hanks said in a statement.

Under the terms of the agreement, Harte-Hanks will offer its clients
privately labeled e-mail marketing services from Digital Impact. Clients will
be able to provide individualized offers in regular, high-volume e-mail
communications to their customers and prospects. Digital Impact will also
gain access to Harte-Hanks direct marketing and database services. Financial
specifics were not disclosed.

Digital Impact helps online businesses increase revenues, site traffic and
customer loyalty by creating targeted and personalized e-mail messages based
on individual preferences and profiles.

to both successful customer interaction and increased revenue,” said William
Park, chairman and CEO of Digital Impact. “With Digital Impact and
