InterVU to Deliver Promotional Music Clips for Online Merchants

Streaming media company InterVU Inc. signed a long-term agreement
with Muze Inc. to distribute and provide hosting
services for 1.2 million 30-second promotional music clips from over 100,000
CDs.

Muze is an independent source of digital information about music, books and
video that powers the majority of Internet music retailers. Financial
arrangements were not disclosed.

The promotional clips will embedded links to Muze’s music information
database. InterVU will offer the clip service directly to Muze’s online music
retail customers as well as its own customers.

Under the agreement, InterVU will market a value-added service to its
customers that will incorporate promotional music clips in Microsoft’s new
Windows Media Technologies 4.0 format.

The first customer for the new music clip service is CD Plus.com Inc., a Canadian music retail
site. CD Plus.com plans to publish promotional music clips to its Web site to
offer its customers an opportunity to listen to music before purchasing CDs
or cassettes online.
