N2K’s online music store Music Boulevard has revised its Affiliates Program.

The program now allows individual sites on the Internet to create a co-branded
version of Music Boulevard to earn commissions for every purchase that
originates from the link on the affiliate’s site.

Affiliates now may sign-up multiple sites in order to combine sales totals
and increase commissions, N2K said.

Affiliate Program members can participate through a simple link to the
Music Boulevard homepage; add a search function to their site allowing
visitors to search through Music Boulevard’s catalog of more than 300,000
music titles and 350,000 sound samples or add album cover artwork to their
site that brings
shoppers to the album page on Music Boulevard, the company stated.

In an effort to make the Affiliates Program easier to use, the co-branded
version of Music Boulevard is designed to allow shoppers to return easily
to the affiliates’ site at any point during their
shopping experience.

“We’ve worked hard to respond to Affiliates requests and suggestions in an
effort to add more
value to the Music Boulevard Affiliates Program and ultimately to provide
benefits our
customers,” said J.J Rosen, president of The Music Boulevard Network.

The new program offers commissions on a sliding scale from 7% to 15% based on
monthly sales, according the N2K .Affiliates can participate in the program
on a non-exclusive basis and enjoy instant sign-up with commissions paid
out on a monthly basis.

Affiliate members that link to N2K’s music channels, including Jazz Central
Station, Rocktropolis and Classical Insites, will also participate in
commissions from sales on Music Boulevard that are generated through these
links.
