SavingsYellowPages.com has
launched as a savings portal to blend community, content and commerce.

SYP is designed to be the savings starting point for Internet users who want
guidance in finding and evaluating the thousands of outstanding discounts,
coupons, rebates and special offers available to them on the Web.

Members will also be advised of new offerings through customized e-mail
alerts catering to their individual interests and sent by advertisers seeking
targeted marketing opportunities.

SavingsYellowPages features a scrolling Savings Newswire where the latest
bargains are announced. Other offers are listed on sections devoted to
Limited Time Offers, Discounts, Free Deals, Rebates and Coupons.

Top deals
are gathered from many sources, including 100 plus retail Web affiliates, the
company said.

Traditional offerings are included as well, such as coupons offered by 9,500
local supermarkets, and special deals from over 30,000 local vendors.

SYP’s online Savings University offers timely and interesting articles on
savings and consumer issues. This week’s reading list: “Free PC’s-Who Offers
Them and How To Get Them” and “The Scoop on Being Paid to Surf.”

The company was founded by Laurence Paskowitz. “Advertisers and consumers
have a strong desire to find each other. This site makes that process both
easy and fun,” he said.
