Akron, PA-based Priority One Electronic Commerce Corp. named Thomas K. Goldman
as vice president, marketing.


He will be responsible for developing and coordinating a nationwide network of
sales consultants.


Goldman has been in the financial services industry since 1983. As an
entrepreneur, he was instrumental in several large acquisitions in the
Northeast with market valuations in excess of $250 million.


Goldman has been involved in corporate planning, strategic planning, and cash
management over the past five years. In addition to his work in the United
States, he has done business in Europe, Russia,and South America.


Priority One provides cash flow enhancement services using electronic funds
technology. Its clients eliminate paper invoicing and accounts receivable
collection problems through electronic collection of receivables. Priority One
has developed software known as BILL COLLECT that allows clients to process
receivables.
