Verio, NetObjects Join Forces

Englewood, CO-based domain-based Web-hosting company Verio Inc. and Redwood City, CA-based NetObjects Inc. a provider of Web
authoring products, have joined forces in a special offer to build, enhance
and host Web sites for small and mid-sized businesses.

Under the agreement, Verio will offer NetObjects Fusion 4.0 customers 30 days
of free Web hosting and domain-name registration. Verio also will offer
NetObjects Fusion 4.0 and NetObjects Fusion Personal Edition products to its
Web-hosting customer base at a special, discounted price. In return,
NetObjects will promote Verio’s Web-hosting
services through its own Web site, in-box marketing materials and other
initiatives.

“We strive to offer our customers a large selection of top-quality, value-
added Web services,” said Buddy Cunningham, vice president of sales and
marketing for Verio. “NetObjects Fusion 4.0 is an outstanding addition to this
list.”

“We want to give our customers easy access to valuable Web-site hosting
services to enhance their success and facilitate the business they conduct on
their Web sites,” said Samir Arora, founder and chief executive officer of
NetObjects.
