yourPharmacy.com Inc., a new online
pharmacy and consumer drug and healthcare information operation, signed a
sponsor deal with Time Inc. New Media.
yourPharmacy.com will be the exclusive online pharmacy sponsor for Time Inc.
New Media health sites including “Ask Dr. Weil”, “Bernie Siegel, MD”, “Dr. Ruth Westheimer” and other as yet
unannounced health-oriented sites.
Financial arrangements were not disclosed. yourPharmacy, already open to a
select group of clients and opening officially to the public later this
month, offers thousands of prescription and non-prescription drugs, vitamins,
herbs and health and beauty aids.
The company says it has relationships with thousands of prescription
insurance providers, including major employers, managed care organizations
and third-party administrators.
yourPharmacy’s sister site, DrugDigest.org provides non-commercial,
evidence-based information on a wide variety of drugs, vitamins and herbs, as
well as the latest information on treatments and management of chronic
medical conditions.
