Microsoft Shares More on Dynamics CRM Update

Microsoft has started offering the latest preview of its Dynamics CRM software, giving the world an early look at what’s to come in the software’s next official release.

While a lot is left uncertain about the new release — such as its official name — it’s clear that it’ll feature a slew of enhancements and new features. eCRM Guide takes a look at the Dynamics CRM 5’s third community technology preview.



Microsoft has begun the third community technology preview (CTP 3) for the next release of its Dynamics CRM software for customer relationship management (CRM).


Codenamed “CRM 5,” the latest CTP is directed primarily toward software developers, hosting partners and value-added resellers, according to a post to Microsoft’s (NASDAQ: MSFT) Dynamics CRM Team Blog on Thursday.
