Web-based outsourcing firm Elance Tuesday says it has named Keith Forshew as its new VP Customer Delivery and Tim Reed as VP Marketing and Business Development.

Foreshew and Reed are coming to the company after Elance acquired the assets from Nitorum Corp., a software solutions provider for the hiring and management of skilled labor back in June.

The news follows the shifting of the Sunnyvale, Calif.-based company’s executive team last month including new CEO Fabio Rosati.

“The demand for Elance’s services procurement and management solutions from large corporations has grown significantly as companies look to reduce costs and improve the performance of procured business services,” says Rosati. “This team brings the experience and expertise necessary to continue to grow our customer base, and focus on solutions that improve the way companies buy and manage services.”
