EYT Appoints New COO

EYT, formerly Ernst & Young Technologies, has appointed Barry A. Culman as chief operating officer (COO) of the Chantilly, Va.-based company. As COO, Culman is responsible for day-to-day oversight of key management activities and company performance, and modification and execution of quarterly and yearly plans as needed for the direction of EYT.


Culman brings more than 20 years of operational and financial management experience to EYT, including significant technology industry expertise. Culman’s past experience includes a seven-year tenure at COMSTOR Corp., where he served as both president and chief financial officer.


In addition, Culman has served in numerous senior financial positions with MTI Capital/Malarkey-Taylor Associates, an international accounting and investment banking firm. Culman also has held numerous operational and technical senior management roles within the wireless and Internet startup sectors.


YET is a solutions integrator and managed services provider that implements, develops, hosts, and supports applications for clients worldwide.
