HotelTools Puts New Technology Into Operation

Mar 10, 2001

HotelTools, Inc., a technology solutions for the hospitality industry firm, has begun implementation of its next-generation enterprise management platform.

The rollout marks the launch of HotelTools’ ASP solution that equips hotel owners and operators with the tools to manage multiple properties, rates and relationships in real-time.

HotelTools has penned agreements with several chains and will deploy its next-generation technology to both new and existing customers throughout 2001.

“Our announcement marks the beginning of a new technology standard in the lodging industry,” HotelTools president and CEO Seth Christian said in a statement. “Our solution provides hoteliers with powerful, cost-effective tools previously unavailable to most of the industry, allowing hoteliers to align their technology more closely with their business needs. The HotelTools platform, unlike many hosted solutions in the lodging industry, has been built from the ground up on proven Internet technologies meeting the standards required for mission critical operation.”
