Chicago-based ASP iemagine unveiled four new sales applications in its iemprove Webware Suite, for a total of seven sales, sales management and e-commerce tools.
New products include iemprove Sales Management, iemprove Contact Management, iemprove Order Entry and iemprove Private Auctions. These join the existing applications in the iemprove Webware Suite, iemprove Quoting, iemprove Auctions and iemprove MyStore.
The new products enable sales teams to manage business-critical data via the Web, leveraging the Lotus Hosting Management System (LHMS) on IBM’s eServer iSeries platform. iemprove products feature support for 15 languages, wireless options and the ability for users to convert to a stand-alone LAN-based software package.
“Our applications combine the convenience of Web-based outsourcing with the dependability of the best in-house solutions, answering the sales department’s need for on-the-fly functionality,” said Bob Curry, iemagine’s CEO and CTO.
iemprove Sales Management lets the sales team establish and manage sales quotas over the Web. iemprove Order Entry lets business users upload customer, order, product and payment data, then customize forms for order entry over the Web, facilitating anytime/anywhere sales processing in real-time. iemprove Contact Management lets users log, store and access information about companies, contacts and calls from a Web browser or wireless device. iemprove Private Auctions lets users invite their best customers to bid on close-outs or special offerings, then receive text alerts via email or wireless device when they’ve been outbid.
iemprove Quoting lets business users collect information about the products or services their prospects want, while helping prospects make the purchase decision on highly customized offerings like insurance and cars. iemprove Auctions lets business users create and manage an auction site that features exclusively their own products, while enabling customers to receive text alerts via email or wireless device when they’ve been outbid. iemprove MyStore lets users create and manage an e-commerce storefront.
