InteQ Corp., a Bedford, Mass.-based management services provider (MSP), and Alternative Resources Corp. (ARC), a provider of IT technology and staffing services, yesterday announced a strategic alliance to jointly market their services.

Barrington, Ill.-based ARC provides on-site and off-site help desk outsourcing services. Combining these capabilities with InteQ’s network and infrastructure monitoring and management capabilities is designed to enable customers to better ensure the availability of business processes and high levels of service.

“Companies that choose to take advantage of the new ARC/InteQ alliance will not have to worry about the day-to-day tasks of IT infrastructure management so they may focus resources on strategic corporate initiatives which can have a more positive impact on their business,” said Victor Fricas, president and general manager, Technology Solutions for ARC.

InteQ and ARC report that they will work together on sales and marketing activities to expand their shared customer base.

“InteQ continues to look for ways to offer its customers services that increase efficiencies and improve their bottom lines,” said Maureen Ellenberger, CEO of InteQ. “This new partnership with ARC enables us to offer a more complete solution to customers enabling them to achieve a significant ROI.”
