InteQ Signs Customer Deals

Feb 11, 2002

InteQ, a Bedford, Mass., provider of application and IT infrastructure management services, has landed three new
customers: J. Jill Group, a clothing retailer and catalog; Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group; a hotel operator; and Zoots, a dry-cleaning chain.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

“Beyond the return on investment they see by outsourcing IT monitoring and management to InteQ, working with InteQ allows their internal IT staff to focus on
strategic business objectives rather than routine monitoring and maintenance,” said Maureen Ellenberger, CEO of InteQ.

InteQ was founded in 1995 and has raised $42 million in financing from Merrill Lynch, Mercury Interactive, Hewlett-Packard, Charles River Ventures and M/C
Venture Partners. It is privately held.
