InterOPS Adds Director

InterOPS Management Solutions, a Medford, Mass., provider of managed Internet services, has elected
Eduardo Pontoriero, a 20-year industry veteran, to its board of directors.

“Eduardo brings a wide range of experience and expertise,” said Dave Myers, InterOPS president and CEO. “His current
position at Fidelity Broadband, as well as his past responsibilities at Compaq, will greatly benefit our company as we expand our client base.”

Pontoriero is a managing director with the Fidelity Broadband Group (FBG), where he oversees the development of operating companies in
the areas of telecommunications and managed-service provisioning to customers.

Previously, Pontoriero worked for Compaq and Digital Equipment Corporation At Compaq, he was vice president and general manager for the company’s alliance
with Cable and Wireless, responsible for creating a full-service provider with operations in the United States, United Kingdom and Australia.

InterOPS provides operations management services for organizations with Web-based businesses. It recently announced client wins with Upromise and Gomez.
