Although final results won’t be announced until December 3, enterprise software vendor J.D. Edwards & Company today announced positive preliminary results for its fourth quarter, which ended on October 31.
The Denver-based company reports its projected revenue will be in the $220 million to $225 million range. The company also reports that it expects to exceed its earnings per share guidance of $0.04. Those earnings are based on normalized operations, which exclude acquisition-related charges, losses on equity investments and other items.
In particular, J.D. Edwards projects a significant increase in its license-fee revenue, reporting that it will exceed its previous guidance of $70 million.
