MindArrow Systems Inc., a developer of software and services that deliver and track multimedia communications over the Internet, today announced the appointment of Joseph Matlock, Jr. to the company’s board of directors.

Matlock comes to MindArrow with 25 years of experience in corporate and commercial banking. Prior to joining MindArrow, Matlock served as chairman, president, and CEO of Franklin Federal, a $2 billion financial institution. He also served as executive vice president of Bank of America-Texas. Matlock is currently chairman and CEO of Iliad Partners and is an active board member of several Texas-based technology investment entities.
